1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoyalFlushHall.com ("RoyalFlushHall", the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

Virtual credits:

• Exist solely within the Platform
• Are intended only to support entertainment features and social participation
• Have no monetary, exchange, redemption, resale, or transferable value
• Cannot be exchanged for currency, property, services, or any item of value
• Do not create any ownership right outside the Platform
• May be adjusted, reset, limited, removed, or discontinued as part of platform administration, maintenance, feature updates, or rule enforcement

Your virtual credit balance is a feature of your account experience and is not a stored asset.

6. Community and Social Features

RoyalFlushHall may include usernames, avatars, chat functions, comments, friend lists, leaderboards, reactions, groups, and other community features.

When using these features, you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Publish hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or unlawful material
• Share another person's private information without permission
• Send spam, repetitive messages, misleading communications, or unwanted promotions
• Impersonate any individual, business, or organisation
• Attempt to disrupt community interactions or technical functionality

We may review reported content and take reasonable moderation measures to protect the community.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, data, or restricted features
• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, scraping methods, or similar techniques without our written permission
• Introduce malicious code, harmful files, or disruptive technology

8. User Content

You may be able to submit profile details, avatars, comments, messages, feedback, or other material ("User Content").

You retain responsibility for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Platform and its community features.

You confirm that your User Content:

• Is created by you or used with appropriate permission
• Does not infringe the rights of any third party
• Does not breach these Terms or applicable law

We may remove or restrict access to User Content that breaches these Terms or creates risk for users or the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in RoyalFlushHall, including its design, graphics, logos, interface, text, software, features, branding, and original content, belong to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Platform for its intended recreational and social purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, adapt, distribute, license, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

10. Availability and Changes to the Platform

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may:

• Modify, improve, replace, suspend, or remove features
• Update interface elements, gameplay mechanics, community tools, or virtual credit functions
• Carry out maintenance or security work

11. Suspension and Termination

Following account closure or termination, access to your account, user features, and virtual credits may cease.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• Every feature will remain unchanged
• All content submitted by users will be accurate or appropriate
• Technical errors will never occur

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how information and device technologies are handled.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, community standards, technical requirements, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the revised version. Continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
